I recently discovered this site and thought I'd share my creation. Just a few weeks ago I started making sausage after of years behind the grill. I mixed a standard beer brat mix with my pork and added some jalepenos and walla walla onions that I chopped up in my food processor. I hope you all can get walla wallas! Slow cooked on the pit, just plain heaven!

its for ground hog sausage..
