I got a 7lbs. pork loin from Costco. I have never cooked one before but thought I would give it a try. I cut in half, and then roll cut them. Got the hang of it on the second one. I stuffed em with some bread crumbs, Italian sausage, bacon, parsley, onion, garlic. I then wrapped them in bacon and on the grill. The grill I was using at the time didnt have a thermomiter so I just put on low on one dial and the other to off. Cooked them about an hour and then turned on the other dial to low. Checked the temp and they were 150 at about an hour and 40 minutes. Pulled em and wrapped in foil while I finished off the rest of the meal. Have to say they turned out really good.
I had made some foil packets with some Jack Danells wood pellets. I couldnt see them making any smoke but the loins had a good pink smoke ring on the outside and a good flavor.

who says you need a smoker to make good food.
Viva la regular gas grill.
