Now will there ever really be any finished pics? I am thinking not as you will always be add and removing things as you use it over the years.

TrailerBuilder, aren't there update pics every 3 or 4 pages?
Nobody can blame k.a.m. for it, he did post the pics, then got 10 comments and 5 questions on each one.
I think a pic of him turning on his machine could go 3-4 pages. |

Thank You Manana.
George, Thank You for the support Troy has been under a lot of stress lately and he is on edge. I may need to go north.
Here are some seasoning pics and some cooks along with more work on the cooker trailer.
I have been really busy and seasoning and work have kinda been mixed in together.
The first cook was a rack of ribs and a chicken.
The grill was seasoned and chicken was cooked.
First run.
Second run.
Got my temps right now.
Yesterdays brisket on the smoker.
Left side running in R/F.
Right side.
The brisket after resting.
Sliced.
The inside of the chambers after the third run.
The work continues.
I got the gutter installed the other day.
Yesterday while Debbie monitored the brisket I started piping the cook stove burners and working on the sink area.
The cook stove.
The sink area.

Kevin, ribs, chicken and brisket llok outstanding. Great way to get started. Unit continues to look like a work of art, but it looks like you are about to get to the end. You know what happens then.... its time to start and new bigger one. Tom _________________ Klose Mobile

You mean your finally cooking on that thing I can just barely remember back some 60 odd pages ago when this little project started
Very nice indeed Kevin. Im guessing the Old Mil and Tequila shot are going to be permanant fixtures on the rig But wheres the trophy rack??? Surely you can fit a few on there somewhere, and if you dont happen to win any, I remember Big Rons wife wanting to toss a few of his many away maybe you could borrow one or two _________________ Trailers By Troy

Kevin, the rig is looking great!
The food looks great also.
I'm sure your happier than anyone to get some cooking in after all the hours you put into the build, someday you may even stop adding or tweaking things.
Great job and good luck to you and Debbie in your upcoming comps. |
