I don't have a dog in this fight, but the new stack looks good. _________________ "Never trust a skinny cook."

I finished the grill today.
The door stops are on as well as the intake. therm couplings and charcoal grate. I also caged in the lower section for storage.
I used my signature sawtooth for the intake.
The curved door stops.
Storage area.

Intake looks great. Is it time to get that thing blasted and painted yet? _________________ "Never trust a skinny cook."

k.a.m., looking great.
You better hurry up before it's too hot to finish it up.
The storage under the grill is a nice touch, I'm impressed, as always. |

As usual Kevin, it all looks great, I couldn't imagine the grill being built any other way, serious feng shui going on. I'm digging that storage space. _________________

Thank You Trey, I am getting close.
Thank You GF, I know Summer is knocking on my back door.
Hell Fire Grill, lets just say the people that lived across the street started looking when backing up hitting the mail box and driving off.
Thank You Logtrucker, I am trying to reduce loose items that would end up in the truck or totes.
daddywoofdawg, the property is for sale you wanna buy it? Although our Summers and yours are a few degrees off from each other. _________________ Always remember slow and steady wins the race.

how about adding another bar on the very front at the top, cutting those front supports and attaching new supports to the bar that you added(1-3/4" or so below the top bar)
now......that opens up a gap at the very top, on the sides put like angle or something and have your whole front wing slide in and when you get to where your going you slide it out and have a point on the end so it tilts down and pin it in place with bars like the side
in my head it sounds like an awesome idea and less drag on the very front while driving _________________ Smokin' Aces Competition BBQ Team
