Hi all, here is my fist baby back smoke of the new Yoder YS640 wood fired pellet pit. They were the best racks of ribs I have produced bar none. The pit cooks extremely consistent across the grate. The meat bittten into pulled off the bone without all of it falling off. Extremely tender with amazing flavor. The brown sugar didn't burn but glazed onto the meat. Damn good eatin Pig-Sicles!

Ingredients
Tree Top Apple Juice
Jack's Old South Hickory Dry Rub
Garlic Powder
Yellow Mustard
Brown Sugar
3 Thick Cut Pork Loin Baby Back Racks

Sauce
40 oz. bottle Sweet Baby Rays
15 oz. Cherry Dr. Pepper
3 Tbsp dark brown sugar
3 Tbsp Honey
