had to start off with a fresh batch of bbq sauce

needed that for my pp that had been on for 14 hours

don't always need buns for your pp
http://i566.photobucket.com/albums/ss102/kennylynn/smokering/IMG_0794.jpg

but if you use tortillas you gotta have pico de gallo

http://i566.photobucket.com/albums/ss102/kennylynn/smokering/IMG_0792.jpg

my abts waiting for their bacon friends

http://i566.photobucket.com/albums/ss102/kennylynn/smokering/IMG_0795.jpg

may a dozen with pp after i gave them a bath in the fresh sauce

http://i566.photobucket.com/albums/ss102/kennylynn/smokering/IMG_0796.jpg

ready for the smoker

http://i566.photobucket.com/albums/ss102/kennylynn/smokering/IMG_0798.jpg

the foil was not a good ideal. but place them on another rack for 25 mins. and that took care of the grease

http://i566.photobucket.com/albums/ss102/kennylynn/smokering/IMG_0800.jpg

then took a can of cressant rolls cut in strips and wrap the abts and in the oven for 25 mins. serve with a bowl of bbq sauce for dipping. love bread and something to dip it in
