Just wondering What everyone's best entry has been or the best you you have tried.

I usually do a chicken breast wrapped in bacon with a chipotle BBQ sauce stuffed with pico de gallo and shrimp. I will try to get a pic up.

I still remember this entry chef... it's soooo good Smile

I haven't done a chef's choice entry yet. I heard a lot of people do well w/bacon and seafood. I remember on the Kingsford challenge episode, Melissa Cookston won with a shrimp smothered in cream cheese w/jalapeno bits all wrapped in bacon. She brushed it with chili sauce too. It looked really good and simple to do. I don't think I've ever had chili sauce, so I'm not sure what that even tastes like.

It's probably this, sweet & spicy / tangy, not tomaotey......

Great with pork & shellfish IMHO

2 brands:
Gramas is good, a bit pricey for the size bottle....

Mae Ploy, much better deal & really good, they also have larger size bottles.....

+1 on the Mae Ploy. Great stuff! It's a really good dipping sauce for ABT's.

Add Mae Ploy with about 45-60 mins left on smoked salmon. Man oh man!
