Well, it took a lot longer than I thought it was going to. We really slowed down at the end and took our time with the small details. IMO that is what makes the difference between a nice cooker and a really nice cooker. It is not perfect because, well I built it.
Here she is loaded up for the trip home. The addition of the D-rings really helped stabilize it.
Here she is on the porch.
I cooked some spares and wings yesterday. They turned out great. The larger coal chute is really going to be nice on overnighters. It will hold right at 20 pounds of fuel.
The paint turned out great as well. Thanks Trailerbuilder for the help. I am having a custom metal art made for the door, similar to Smokin Aces. I am switching out the wheels with some that are a higher load rating, but other than that it is done.
I did find one issue yesterday though. There is a short in my pit probe for my stoker. I am contacting them today to see how to remedy it. _________________ Stumps Clone V 2.0 Build Thread

Yeah I noticed that the stoker was reading 490, but the dial gauge was still at 250. I then checked to make sure the probe was plugged in all the way, and when i touched the plug the light went off. The display also showed no probes, it does a scan for probes when you turn it on. Then I jiggled (that is the real technical term) the plug and it came back on. _________________ Stumps Clone V 2.0 Build Thread
