I am a wanna be smoker, but until then I need to get my rib fix in. I am planning on grilling some ribs with a rib rack with a smoke box. I'm not sure of the temp I should cook or how long.
Can any one advice?

THANKS for any help or ideas.

Maybe you can get some Ideas from this video. I like the way he stacks the ribs, but for sure, Id be carefull about the sauce burning.

What kind of ribs are you doing Spares or Baby Backs ?

Anyway I do spares, at 235 for about 6 hours. If using a gas grill I add a new foil pack of pellets every hour for the first 3 hours. If charcoal just watch the smoke.

If you are using a rib rack, you may want to think about rotating the ribs mid way unless you are using a tuned grill. Meaning that it holds that same temp from left to right and forward to back.

Just some ramblings,
