Staying on the mushroom subject, I thougt I would share my concotion:

15-20 LARGE BUTTON MUSHROOMS
1PKG OF JIMMY DEAN SPICY SAUSAGE
2 HANDFULLS OF RITZ CRACKERS
1/2 CUP FINELY DICED ONIONS (SAUTE WITH THE SAUSAGE)
1/2 CUP OF FINELY DICED CELERY(SAUTE WITH THE SAUSAGE)
1 EGG
SEASON TO TASTE WITH YOUR NORMAL BBQ SEASONS
MELT ONE CUP OF BUTTER

THIS IS VERY SIMPLE

REMOVE THE STEMS, FINELY CHOP THEM, THROW THE STEMS IN WITH THE MEAT AND VEGETABLES. WHEN THE MEAT IS DONE, VEGGIES ARE SOFT, MIX IN THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS, DIP THE TOP THAT NOW BECOMES THE BOTTOM IN SOME MELTED BUTTER AND GRILL UNTIL READY. READY TO ME IS WHEN THE MUSHROOM SOFTENS BUT IS NOT FALLING APART.

IF YOUR PRODUCE DEP'T ONLY HAS PACKAGES OF WHOLE BUTTON'S, THOSE WILL WORK BUT I FIND THE FRESH ONE'S TO BE BEST AND REMEMBER, JUST WIPE THEM WITH A PAPER TOWEL, DON'T WASH THE MUSHROOMS. HOPE YOU ENJOY!!
