My wife bought some chuck steaks, so I decided to make carne asada. Simple seasoning (salt, pepper and some mexican herbs) and onto the grill they went. We then realized we had no rice or beans in the house, go figure? So we just went ahead and made pasta and a creamy sauce. It sure did make for some good eats.
