Prepped a couple chops from the whole hog I bought this winter. Light dusting of Big Ron's In The House. Cubed spuds, onions and 1 diced Fresno Chile, sprinkled with garlic salt.
Put a little sear on each side of the chops.
Tossed in the spudnions.
Letting it all get cozy. Disc is setting on a 2" section of 1/2" thick pipe.
Had to peek! and stir a bit.
Ready to go! Didn't take any time at all to finish mine and half of the Mrs'. She eats just til she's full. I gorge til it's gone!  I don't believe in leftovers.

I second that, I tell people I eat like a goldfish if you want me to stop eating stop putting it in my bowl!
