Woke up this morning, walked outside and thought I smelled bbq. Unfortunately, its just Texas burning to the ground. I drove all over central Texas on Monday, it was depressing to see all that smoke and fire. It's been a rough, hot, dry summer for us. You know its bad when everyone is hoping for a tropical storm, just to get some rain. Keep the firefighters and residents of those affected in your thoughts.

I wish we could swing some of the over abundance of rain we have received this summer down your way. Crying or Very sad

The Water is gone the Grass is gone and my Cows have been sold but I will be back! It will take more than this Hissy fit from Mother Nature to run me off or make me quit. It will rain again some day! It breaks my heart to see so many fellow Texans who have lost everything. Reckon I got it better than most at least still have a house.
