|

I am trying to find a source for a whole brisket, not just the flat. None of the grocery stores anywhere near me carry them, or will order them. Does anyone have a good online source without having to pay for prime or wagyu? I just want an ordinary whole brisket.
Help!!!
Thanks. |

I have a BJs membership, and I already checked, my location does not carry whole brisket. |

Ask around any good meat stores, tell them you want packer briskets in the cryovac.
Perhaps someone has the cut number to hand? _________________ Here's a change Robert.

Sam's Club or Restaurant Depot for me. The packer's at my wally world never seem real good, and the flats are enhanced and overpriced. _________________ ~Joe

The Raleigh, Fayetteville, or Goldsboro Sam's doesn't carry them? _________________ Somewhere in Kenya...a village is missing their idiot. |

find a butcher, or meat processer. May be more expensive, but you'll get your whole brisket, and probably of better quality than big chains. If you know any hunters who dont process their own meat, ask where they go to have their stuff butchered. _________________ stainless UDS A.K.A The Silver Bulllet- And i aint talkin bout that rocky mountain p!$$ water neither |

If you have a super Walmart nearby you should be able to get them there. Whole packers are a pain to find near me unless you pay $5.99 a lb and special order it from our local specialty meat market or go to the super wally world. They are the only grocery store that carries whole packers near me. They were $2.29 a lb for choice last week. _________________ "if you cant cook it in bacon grease it ain't worth eating"
