So started the left overs and first on tap was not so healthy turkey nachos. Laughing
Start with a plate of chips, re-fried beans and pulled turkey.


Then add lots of cheese and pickled jalapenos and melt down the cheese.


Top it off with tomato, lettuce and homemade salsa and you have a fantastic meal.

what do you mean "not healthy"?? I see green-age on those nachos. . . that should count for somethin', IMHO . . . .
