Had about 30 close friends stop by for the Labor Day Weekend cook. I did 7 racks of baby backs, 10 chicken quarters, about 5 gallons of jambalaya and about 40 home made chipotle/cheese stuffed sausages. I got the guests to bring sides (which included corn pudding, red potato salad, rosemary chicken salad, stacked cornbread salad, baked beans, green beans and on and on) so as to lighten my load a bit. It was a huge spread and everything was fantastic! I forgot to get a money shot of the chicken and sausages when they were done. My bad!
