I sold my UDS to a friend of mine becasue he wanted to get into smoking. With the money from the UDS and my money I ordered a WSM. I now have to wait 2 weeks for delivery since I live in California no one has it in stock. This are the last cooks I did on my UDS. I will miss it but I hear great reviews of the WSM.

Thanksgiving Turkey

Superbowl ribs.

Brisket I cant remember the ocassion

I feel sad my UDS is gone but I know my friend will enjoy as much as I did. I had it for 2 years.

I got the 18". It was cheaper. I'm a poor man so slowly I will upgrade. Maybe one day I will sell my friend the 18" wsm and get a 22". Or even one of those fancy pellet smokers.
