Haven't posted in awhile. Kind of got a little burnt out and haven't cooked anything in like a week (part of that time I was out of town) But I think I'm getting our my funk. Last night we fired up the Egg, broke out the wok and cooked a lil somethin somethin....some Szechuan Shrimp!
