Yesterday was Jan's last day state side before he and Janis had to fly back to Norway. We talked last week and he wanted to visit one last day so I said come on down we may even burn some rods. Very Happy
While Jan and Janis were shopping for supper I tacked on the stack to the grill and waited for their arrival.
Here are some action pics of Jan wielding Yoda's light saber.
Getting ready to burn his first pass.

Making it happen.

I played with the torch and air chisel.

Jan running the 7018 uphill.

Jan looking serious.

Yep that is money. Very Happy

While I was cutting out the stack damper Jan mounted the grate anti flippers in and finished out the door handles.

For our final project before cooking we added the damper and handle.

Jan had me over extend the stop a bit so when you close the damper it clicks into place, very cool idea he had. Cool

The end to a prefect welding day.

For supper Jan and I fired up the offset for some beef ribs, baby backs and chicken. Debbie made a pot full of her dirty rice for a side.

Here is my last pic, Debbie and I just visiting with Great Friends before we had to say "Sees senere".

Nice KAM! I really like that damper setup. Its the small attention to detail that really makes a rig stand out. Nice grub too!
