Has been a busy week and have looked forward to fajitas on the disco all week.
Did some skirt steak, chicken breast and shrimp, rubbed in Big Rons HOH and some secret liquid
The steak sitting in the HOH before the liquid was added.
Had a small piece of steak left that was fatty, so I threw it on the disc to kind of get a feel for the heat, and to feed Zoey the black lab
Started with some onions
Added bell peppers
A common site in my back yard, a cooker with food and a black lab close by waiting for a hand out
Added the marinated meat
Flour torts warming
Plated with some beans, tomatos, cilantro, fresh guacamole, cheese and some fresh salsa.
Still a learning process on the heat of this thing, the burner gets the disc warm quick and keeps it that way. But Ill get it figured out, just take a ton more cooks
Thanks for looking _________________ Trailers By Troy

TrailerBuilder, Those are some good looking fajitas.
Looks like your getting the heat control down petty good.
I'm glad to see I'm not the only one that makes a little something for the dog to snack on. |

An onsite disco TD? A couple of guys packing disco's from different locales ought to throw airport security for a loop and some serious lockdown. Too bad technology cannot yet at least provide scratch and sniff for those pics. The fajitas look excellent! I guess it's safe to figure that the secret liquid was not Old Mil? _________________

GF, thanks man! I always have a little something off the cookers for the dog, thats why she likes me best
Thank You Kevin, you know Ill be happy to do a little disco cooking the next time were all there
Mike, I was worried enough about Big Rons sauce and rub and the rocks that Jan brought me from Norway, I cant even imagine what TSA would do with a disc on the plane
bwsdj, thanks for taking a look
John, they turned out pretty damn good if I must say so myself I think you do need one of these things, the dogs would love you for it You know its fairly lightweight, so traveling up to the post with it wouldnt be much of a trip, or better yet, you could just come by the hosue sometime for dinner...beers cheaper _________________ Trailers By Troy
