Kevin was saying to other day that my disco needed to be seasoned.
So Sunday seemed to be a good time.
Decided to do some deep frying.
Started with some shrooms.
Then some fries.
Followed by some Wings.
Plated.

How did you season the mushrooms? They look great!
Hope ya'll enjoyed your long weekend, very nice cook.
It's nice the comp. rig is getting painted and now you have a photographer.  |

Very nice cook Debbie. It all looks awesome!! I havent done mushrooms yet, but will be doing them soon now that Ive see those.
Only problem I see with the cook is that darn piece of angle iron holding your therm What you need is some handles on that thing so you can hang a turkey therm on there like I do, you should get Kevin on that ASAP  _________________ Trailers By Troy

Oh and the recipe:
1 gallon of oil, heated to 350°
Mix 1 egg and 1/4 cup of milk
Bread crumbs
Flour
Wash mushrooms, coat with flour, dip in egg, coat with bread crumbs.
Fry on Discada. _________________ Got Fire?

Very nice plate of wings and shrooms! That Kevin is a lucky man.
I think Troy and I should come up with a little better thermo holder.... maybe a some kind of tubing system!  _________________ SEE YA!
