Currently, it seems as if the rib trend is towards either sweet ribs, or sweet and spicy ribs. I miss me some sweet and tangy ribs. Who has a good recipe for me to try on a slab or two?

I usually take a BBQ sauce I like and add a little vinegar to it (as well as a few other things) to get the balance right. I don't like super sweet either....
