I just finished the Annual Town Dinner For Hooper Tomato Days.
I have been doing this for about ten years, It started kind of small but has grown bigger each year, Last year we served about 1800 people. My family and friends help with this BIG cook.
The last three years we have smoked about 750 lbs of pork butts, for pulled pork sandwiches.
This year was off some because of bad weather, so they saved the leftover meat and sold Pulled Pork Sandwiches, for the Rodeo and the daytime activities.
I found a great tool the fits in the chuck of a electric drill that makes pulling pork a breeze. I found it on Amazon.
Sure does save a lot of time and effort on pulling that big amount of Pork.
