Had a chicken wing smoke yesterday.

These came out perfect. I injected them with a combo of Franks and butter, then mixed them around in the overage of sauce. Next I dusted them with Paul Prudhommes blacking seasoning.
Into the smoke at about 300 for couple hours till 170. Also made a habanero sauce for dipping. Best wings I ever had.

I get injecting the flats, but where do you poke it to inject the drums?

Yea, a little harder. I came in from near the end of the the narrow part and just slid into the meaty section. Def not as big of a shot. This sounds weird lol

Wow.. You guys are killing me with those wings..!

I wish I could afford to eat them more but up this way wings are usually more than chicken breast and since the wife aint a fan of the wing..... Crying or Very sad
