My neighbor loves smoked fish. From the time he found out that we have a smoker he has been asking us to smoke him some fish. I keep telling him if he supplys the fish we will smoke it.
Well he called last night, said he had a 5 gallon pail of white fish (tulibe sp)
Well now I have to figure out the best way to brine and smole this.
Looking for recipe and methods.
I know there many experts here that will help. Thanks in advance.

The only smoked fish I ever had were cold smoked.

Hey pickupnut...there are lots of recipes for brine and cold and hot smoking methods here on the ring.....Go to the search and type in Smoked Fish...you will find everything you need.
