well yesterday's 75 pounds of chicken is gone and the wife wants ribs. (There is also a preggo Filipina that wants my ribs instead of chicken)
This is a mix and match assortment of ribs.
The bottom rack is a fresh rack of (BB) ribs beside a month old rack from the freezer. The top rack is some thin spare ribs from my butchered hog last january.

All done. The 1 yr old loved it, the wife said she loved me about 5 times while chewin, so I'd call it a success

Great looking set of bones....I was going to smoke a few racks last week, until I saw the price tag for each rack!!!!!  Should have bought them though as I have been craving some ribs for a long time....thanks for sharing.
