If you haven't tried Alien's Mac n Cheese recipe then you absolutely need to!!!!! AMAZING

I rubbed 2 chucks with Oak Ridge BBQ. 1 chuck for shredding and the other for burnt ends. Here are some pics:

The strips of smoked sirloin was for the mac n cheese

Awright !!!

Looks like the Chuck Ends came out just fine.....did you run both chucks for the same length of time, then the burnt ends an extra hour?

Asking 'cause I may try that out soon..... Very Happy

I am thinking those burnt chuck ends sound like a plan for Saturday. I sure hope mine turn out that well. Smile

Sorry about the size of the pics Sad
I'll know better next time

thanks for the compliments fellas.
I ended up leaving the pulled chuck on a little longer than the burnt ends chuck. I wanted the pulled chuck to fall apart with little effort. It was stubborn but after about 6 hours, it finally got there. I'd have to say the pulled chuck was better than the burnt ends. Some of the burnt ends were dry...maybe I left them on too long? Not sure
