A local team and friend of mine wanted a new disco so I built him a dual board. Brent should get many years of use out of this one. Very Happy
12" ring base.

Water testing.

Seasoned and ready.

Nice disco k.a.m. That looks like it would be a fun project. I would have to buy a new disc. Around here they use them until they fall off Smile Some times its hard to tell what they are when they get done with them. As my dad says they get all the good out of them Smile

Nice little build there Kevin Very Happy Im still waiting for that full wrap around diving board Wink

Bobco785, I don't think you will notice to much weight difference by adding another diving board, maybe 3 to 5 pounds tops?

Thank You whall, Very Happy New discs are a lot nicer to work with for sure.

Thank You Troy, Very Happy I need one of those little discs and then I am gonna make it happen. Very Happy

Bobco785, as Troy said about 3 to 5 more pounds is pretty close.

I'm sure your right about the extra weight of the 2nd diving board. Thanks Kevin and Troy. seeing what Troy wrote about the compete wrap around got the hamster pedaling faster in the mind. if it was a wrap around what would you think the flat area should be?. As i have stated before i have found extra disk very cheap, once it warms up ...We got 12 inch of snow and then the temp dropped down to 0 to 9 degrees for a few days.
Stay warm
Bob

I am looking forward to the full wrap board! That will be a very unique piece and the new cool toy to have. No end to the creativity or the skills to make it around the Ring. Thanks to all of you great builders.

Kam ,

Great work ! You really need to talk to some body about a patent and market these things.

I would buy one from ya .

Lookin good! I don't know about patents, but Prasek's in Hillje TX about an hour and a half down 59 from Houston sells similar, painted red, for about $350. One of these days I'll add a board or two to my basic disco with horseshoe handles.
