I am thinking to joint competition team too while I am in China.

I am doing Thermostat for Sous Vide and I do Sous Vide often for my family.
Meat temperature of 140 to 160F is amazing, especially for tough beef.
So I adopt the Sous Vide Concept to Low&Slow Smoking.
In addition to keep the pit at 225F, I also keep the meat at 140 to 160 F for long hours. To achieve this target I design BBQ ATC, the QMaster-Senior.
QMaster-Senior will keep the pit at 225F at first stage, when meat reaches to, say 160F, it will keep the meat at 160 F for 10 hours.
I have done it in the past three years, and result is amazing.
If any team has interest in my concept, I would like to join you, and donate the ATC to the team.
Also I will donate a thermometer with WiFi, the wGrill. From Internet I can actively join the competition in real time.

I believe My team, Jeffs Dawgpownd BBQ would be interested in your product.

My team only managed one comp. in 2013 we came in 2nd in pork, 4th in brisket, 7th in ribs, and 10th in chicken.

In 2012 we competed in 5 comps. and won grand champ in 3 of them.

our cook dates have not been set for 2014 yet

Sent you QMaster-Senior package with 2 pieces of 10 CFM fan and 2 pieces of fan adapter C. I leave it to you to connect both fans together.
Please note I sent 2 pieces of probe with plastic layer, which are waterproof and maximum temp. is 390F. But for sustained period better under 300F.
Also I sent you third probe, which is NOT waterproof, but maximum temperature is 850F.
