New here, and wanted to know what are you guys cooking process for your meats? As far as what time are you putting on your brisket and pork butts to have enough time for lunch to smoke your ribs and chicken. At what temp, most are saying 225, Franklin(BBQ) stated 270 is the best. I will be smoking in a southern pride smoker, hopefully.

Thanks
