Figured i`d better post some pics before i get tossed off this site.
Cooked a case of butts last weekend on the CTO.
Butts loaded.
Couple of smaller ones done first. Timing screwed me up on the little buggers. This is what a picture of butts look like at 3am in Nebraska.
A while back i bought me one of them Roman Pork Pullers made in Nebraska i might add. Bought it from my local Egg dealer. Bad a$$ little tool for pulling butts... a few second in the drill and i went back to bed for a couple more hours. Another 3am picture.
About that "pork puller". If ya aint got one... get one! Yes a little pricey but dam well worth it if you cook butts by the case. This thing attaches to your drill either corded or cordless don't matter. Way faster than by hand & does a better job at shredding. My Egg dealer let me have it for $65 bucks straight up. Worth every penny.
Now aint that some nicely shredded pork butt? And CTO done a fine job again!

Well it is certainly about time you posted some pics of the CTO. Great cooking machine. Good luck with her! Them pork pullers are awesome too. I stepped up and just acquired a buffalo chopper. OMG you ought to see that thing tear up da butts. We chopped 80 not long ago in about 30 minutes with it. Looked like a cat covering it up. One loading the meat in and one unloading it......lol Pkerchef _________________ Bubba Grills 250 Reverse Flow With Rib Box

I hate them bear claws. They seem like a good idea but they feel unnatural to me when i use them. I have tried to use them several times and have hated them EVERY time. Give me heavy cotton gloves with a pair of rubber gloves on top any day. Pkerchef _________________ Bubba Grills 250 Reverse Flow With Rib Box
