So I am building a large reverse flow-water cooker using two 55 gallon drums as my chamber welded together at the open end. I welded them, cut the doors and then decided to do the "cleansing "burn. Yep, the doors warped and I have to start all over again unless some sage like wisdom can show me another way????

I assume that I can avoid this with two new barrels that I cure before I cut.

Anyways, thanks for listening.

Cheers,
Patrick

The doors look a bit twisted. You cant pull them back into shape? The metal is thin enough to almost work it by hand without jacks.
