A mix of beef and pork......with everything but the kitchen sink in it. Smoked at 225 in my vertical smoker with cherry wood chunks for about 6 hours. We had company that evening and there were no leftovers. Very Happy

Thanks, papalion. There's no glaze. The cherry chunks really color the meat. The baskets are from Brinkman. Amazon has them:
