Hey Ringers! Our hometown KCBS contest, "Hog Wild", will be Oct. 4 - 6. Entry forms are now available. Looks as though the entry fee will be $300 for all 4 categories + $25 for ancillaries. Over $10,000 in prize money will be awarded.

For more details, check out the KCBS website or call Susan Joiner @ 662-287-1556.

Come have a large time with Pigs-R-Us (Big Tom and myself), Twist-N-Snout, Pig Medics, and Rowdy Southern Swine, just to name a few hometown teams!

Folks, this a well organized contest. If you can fit it in to your schedule, you might want to consider this contest

If you have ever seen the Pigs-R-Us Coca Cola cooler, it would be quite a chore to drink all of Big Tom's beer. After all, we are professionals mind you LOL. Although, I think I got bumped back to the Minor Leagues for a stint after MIM.

Simple Q, does that mean you are going to attend?

WE ALL spent some time on the D.L. (looking for brain cells, livers, and hearing aids) Laughing after MIM.

We have been working our way back up through the minors looking to be in peak form for our September - mid November stretch.

Then rest and recovery until spring training rolls around in April.

Here is a photo of said cooler (the big chill) being stocked. We call the trailer "The Big Show" In full contest trim the cooler is slamed full of beer, liquor, and other beverages, plus a pack of sandwich meat and some cheese cubes to snack on, when we get tired of pronto pups...
Wink

That's insane, I thought the jab about the coke machine was just some silly nickname you had for a cooler with a coke logo on it or something. You fella's don't mess around.

Did you remember to cook ??
