So I just got the 36" Blackstone. Assembly was a breeze. Next I started the seasoning using Flaxseed oil as suggested by Blackstone. So the next thing to do was the chopped onions to remove any "Metal Taste".
First up Bacon. This should help set the seasoning.
Below are a few pics of this weekends adventure.
This is new to us. We usually cook/smoke/grill on our Big Green Egg |
