I have recently been using Apple Pie Moonshine in my sauces and love the results. Here are two examples:

Variation of Eastern North Carolina Sauce
Jug of Apple Cider Vinegar
Cup of Apple Pie Moonshine
About 3 Tbls. of Salt
About 3 Tbls. of Pepper
About 3 Tbls. of Crushed Red Pepper
I use the cup of my hand for spices so just guessing the amounts maybe closer to 2 Tbls. for each one.
Small bottle (cup) or less of some ketchup based BBQ sauce
Especially good for basting chicken halves while they cook or any pork.

Variation of Kansas City Sweet Sauce:
Y'all already have your own favorite recipe for this sauce. I use the recipe from Amazing Ribs. Substitue half the vinegar with the moonshine. Pretty much like you would do with Bourbon. Still break out the Bourbon but sip while making the moonshine sauce.
