I was chatting with Canadian Bacon about pepper sauce and pepper powder, and he PM'd me and graciously offered to send me some of his Devil's Dust. It just arrived in the mail this week, and I got to try some today. First, I sprinkled some on my biscuits and gravy this morning....That'll wake ya up! Shocked And then, I got braver and gave a little heavier shake on some chili for lunch! Twisted Evil Twisted Evil

Man, that's good chit!.....Thanks a bunch Rick, can't wait to try it on pizza!

Cool! I'm concerned CB's blend might be too stout for my tolerance since he uses some super hot varieties.

My new back yard has wild chili pequin plants in it. I gave my dehydrator a workout with the crop available before our summer dry spell got bad, and tbere's a new crop (still green at the moment) on the ants now with the September rains we've had!

Here are some of the peppers in this years blend.....
I use 4 times that amount...makes enough to to fill a little more than a 32 oz /4cup container. Twisted Evil Twisted Evil

Just to name a few....

Choc Hab
Peach Hab
Orange Hab
Yellow Ghost
Choc Ghost
Peach Ghost
Aji Lemon
Trinidad Scorpion
Carolina Reaper
Peach Congo
Carmel Moruga
Scotch Bonnet

When you fire up the dehydrator with 9 trays full of peppers for 14 or more hours....
the house smells amazing...to me anyways....but can be intense at times.
