I am in the last stages of opening my first quick-serve storefront. I've expanded my mobile operation to the point that I need a home base.
I'm going to keep a limited menu. I want to offer a traditional Southern BBQ type sausage.
What would you recommend? _________________ BBQ is a fundamental element in all American culture.

I've used sausage made by Country Pleasin'. They are out of Mississippi and have a decent variety. I like the regular sausage and the jalapeño cheddar. It smokes very well. |

Check out Sunset Farm Foods. They have several that I
like. They also have sampler packs at a good price that you can mix & match. Good luck with your store... |
