I was wondering what would be best to use angle iron or square tube to make a frame around expanded metal? Need to frame my food grate for heavier meats.
Thanks for any and all info. Its a nee braunsfeld offset smoker one piece expanded metal for the food chamber. |

This has been quite a debate here in the past. Myself I use 1/8"x1x1 tube with a center brace of the same on anything 30" or more... |
