When you think of Maine, what comes to mind?

Exactly - Awesome Barbecue!

The problem is, we still have a foot of snow in parts up here. You need show shoes to get to the smoker! That's why we created Bub 'n Mutha's DownEast Dinnah Dust.

You can smoke with it, grill with it and for those who have winter, you can go low and slow in the oven with it, fry with it and according to one of our customers, it's even great on popcorn.

Thank you. We are practicing now as there are two competitions going on at the same time. Part of the competition is KCBS which is the big one. Locally we are also in the NEBS. THe New Engand one requires a dessert to be cooked in the smoker.
