Kids have Springbreak next week. So I took the week off. Thinking of doing something with a pork belly and whatever else strikes my fancy. Any ideas Ringers?

You can try roast pork belly recipe with potatoes baked in milk. Pork roasted in milk is tender and succulent – this recipe is more about the meat than the crackling. For optimum crackling, cook for longer at the higher temperature before reducing. _________________ meatballly |

I've been making bacon for a good while.
My Pork Belly want to's are Porchetta and Pork Belly Burnt Ends. Pork Belly Burnt Ends are taking off here in the KC area being served by a lot of high end restaurants. Several guys I know that are competitive cooks are posting lot's of Pork Belly Burnt End cooks from around their house. _________________ http://kchawgskitchen.blogspot.com/
