I just seen this listed as an menu item for a local BBQ joint advertisement.

Anyone ever make this? I'm assuming it's that same as pulled pork, but would like hear for sure and of course if anyone has recipes or photos, that would also be great.

I've looked through most of my BBQ cookbooks and haven't found any mention of this.

My guess is smoked chicken(whole, half, quarter, parts?), removed from the bone and shredded/pulled.
