I made about 15lbs of freash polish sausage and put it in the freezer. Can I smoke it now or do I need to make another batch with different ingredients??? |

You can smoke it however it would have been better to smoke it right away |

The answer to that question is it depends on the temp you are planning to smoke it at..below 200* you should use a cure. _________________ Swine so fine it's criminal! |

Usually you would smoke it right away...
Did you use a cure? If so...did you let it sit overnite for it to get into the meat? |
