I ordered a new stuffer from Grizzly...
Its this one... http://www.grizzly.com/products/H6252
After some searching i felt that it would best suite my needs and was easier to operate than a cheaper horn stuffer.
My questions are if anyone has any tips for usage or do`s and don`t that you have learned from owning one like this modle?
Looking forward to getting stuffed Very Happy
Thanks fellas.
Jeff

You're gonna love it. One word of caution. Be careful when the piston hits bottom. If you apply to much pressure when the cannister is empty you can strip the brass bushing in the gear collar. I know Sad

I mount mine to a cutting board and use non-skid shelf liner to keep the board in place. fter using it last time, I think I'm going to cook some rice and add that at the end after loading the cylinder. I should get most of the sausage out that way.

Cool thanks fellas
I`m still green at the home sausage thing so i`ll probably be askin a few questions later. Wink I do have the old hand crank mincer that i`ve also used to stuff a few brats with. Worked ok but time to move up to a better stuffer.
